HARD DRIVE: Western Digital 500GB 7200RPM

Apevia Case that ive ordered some non-stock fans for to help move more air [and look prettier]

This 1400 Price is also including a Monitor and Mouse/Keyboard

Get a PSU from Antec, XFX, Corsair, or Seasonic
Get a 120gb SSD
Get a better quality case (antec, corsair, coolermaster)
Get a more recent CPU (i5-3570k)

Im helping build this for a friend, its the case he wanted so im going with it. I urged him to get a coolermaster but he didnt want it.

The SSD is mostly for Windows [all for windows infact] is a 120GB nessicary?

Also, any nice looking PSUs you can reccomend?

Its a clear case, so snazzy is good

A 60-80gb SSD with windows will get full fast. 120gb is the standard for windows and one or two games.

is 750W too much? He had said he will consider crossfire at a later period

750w is needed only for crossfire. A 550w-600w PSU would be perfectly fine here.

Does he plan to crossfire in less than 1 and 6 months years time?

If not, just get a 550w PSU.
