What is this build for?
I would recommend dumping half the RAM if you really dont need it, and I would dump the TITAN-Zs in an instant.

The problem is, 8700K is wat overpriced.
Go with Ryzen, AM4 motherboards will last longer and you cant get wrong with that 8 core beast
