Give some thought to going to a single 2x32GB kit.

Ditch the 300 dollar cooler. The 7800X3D doesn't get especially hot, and there are coolers for 10 - 20% of that price that will be more than adequate. You could look at a thermalright phantom spirit 120se, it's an excellent cooler. But if you're stuck on an all in one liquid cooler, thermalright also have their frozen line of coolers. They top out around 80 bucks and have excellent performance. You could look at a B650E or X670E motherboard for the extra pcie lanes. You could also wait for the x800 series of motherboards, they should be out in a month or two.
You should get a 2 x 32GB ram kit instead of two 2 x 16GB ram kits. Do you need both a 2tb and 4tb SSD, or is either enough on their own? Did you mean to select both a 4k and 1080p monitor? What are you primarily going to use your system for? An RX 7900 XTX is around 100 - 200 cheaper than the RTX 4080 super while offering more VRAM and very similar gaming performance without ray tracing. With some tweaks you could probably save 500 dollars or so.

Thanks for the reply and the tips! My plan for the SSDs is to use one for the OS and video storage, while the other will be dedicated to games, programs, and other files. I'll have the 4K monitor as my main display and use the 1080p monitor as a smaller vertical monitor. I chose the 4080 Super over the AMD alternatives because of its ray tracing capabilities. The main use of the system would be high quality gaming and video production.

Few things to keep in mind:

If you want to balance out video editing and gaming performance, the 7950X3D might be the better choice.

There are cheaper but good looking coolers and SSDs available.

The height and width of 27 and 24 wont match. The 34 ultrawide and 27 ultrawide have the same height and will match to give you a clean look. Ultrawides also give you good space for your content creation tasks.

7950X3D and 4090 combo for about the same price:
