How is this build?

Solution
I see what you did. What you have is fine. Essentially you went with a basic h81 board you could go with a h87 board as well. You aren't overclocking or not intending to by your initial build so if you by your parts indicate not overclocking you are fine. Rams solid. Everything looks good however if I may I'd like to make a PSU suggestion over EVGA. They make good gpu's but I wouldn't personally use a motherboard or psu of theirs.

With the current system you are using a 550W is sufficient for your usage. You aren't overclocking based on your build so the power usage is a bit easier to see. If you go to your pcpartpicker link http://de.pcpartpicker.com/user/dejan1k/saved/2w14 it shows that the estimated wattage is quite a bit lower...
first u dont need i5-4570 i5-3570K is better and les espensive
and if u pick the i5-3570K u need z77 mobo i suggest gigabyte z77x-d3h
and the extra money u get from this iteams get gtx 770 better

Also your gpu doesn't use much power max power of 170w http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-760/specifications.

Thanks for answering! I indeed don't want to overclock, so that is fine. Looks like it won't have any problems, so I can order it in a few weeks :)

Also to note with the games you listed you wont have an issue. Although I've heard the new CoD game isn't very good I haven't played it so I wouldn't know

I'm not sure if I want to buy CoD either, but one more question: Do you know any more cool games I should buy? :)

i5 3570 or 3570k are more expensive, not less.

Gosh, well recently I've played DOTA2 which doesn't require much. I've played BF3 which I still enjoy. I have Assassins Creed Black Flag which I believe comes with your card which I enjoyed. Batman Arkham City, the new Batman game was alright. Starcraft 2 a little bit. I honestly haven't had a terrible amount of time to play much but those are some of the games I've had a chance to dab into.
