CPU: i5 4690K(Which I Will Hopefully Be Overclocking To 4.6GHz)
COOLER: H100i
GPU: MSI GTX 970 GAMING 4G(Which I Will Be Overclocking As Well)
Ram: G. Skill RipJaws X 2x4Gb @ 1866MHz
Case: S340
HDD: WD Black 1Tb
SSD: Crucial MX100 256Gb
MOBO: MSI Z97 Gaming 5
PSU: SeaSonic M12ii 620W

I plan on overclocking the CPU to 4.6GHz
and I plan On Overclocking the GPU By quite a bit as well
Would this build last me until late 2017/early 2018 @ 1080p/60FPS if i'm willing to go down to a mixture of medium and high settings
I'm Really scared that I'll screw something up during/after the build or that something won't work properly

Thanks

Thanks Everyone. It Seems Like Games Are Using More And More VRAM Everyday So Will The 3.5Gb Issue On The GTX 970 Be A Problem Now/In The Future
At 1080p Or Will It Not Be A Problem.
Also My PSU Is Only 620W Which Should Be More Then Enough For Overclocking But Is Not Enough For SLI. Should I Get A 750W PSU Instead.
I'll Look Into The H105 Though

Thanks

To help understand, I have the GTX 760 which I have OC'd as well as an i5-3570k which is OC'd and I only have a 550w 80+ PSU.
The new 900 series is more power efficient so I have no doubt that you will be able to overclock with some headroom still left!

Hope this helps.
