I plan on doing heavy overclocking to the CPU and GPU
QUESTION TIME!!
1. How Long Would This Build Last Me At 1080p/60FPS
2. would this build be good for heavily modded Skyrm and Fallout NV
3. Would the 970's VRAM be a problem in the future
4. is this a solid build and any parts that you guys would recommend

You may have seen a very similar thread from me a few hours ago, i'm trying to get as many opinions as possible though.

1) Hard to say, should be a year or two for sure, you can always SLI.
2) Yes.
3) Not likely, the 970 performs as benchmarked

Yes. Maybe in 2017, you will need to turn the settings down, but you will be good for a long time.

If you turn down settings you will make it well into and past 16/17
