I didn't want to change the motherboard, which I assume you chose due to WiFi, or the colour scheme.
 
It should be fine. It will work great. That's a really nice setup but I would stay away from the Founders Edition 1070. They are overpriced and the cooling sucks (unless you want to SLI in the future)
 


The cooler is already in the build I have at the moment and I already have storage the 500GB is just an upgrade. As far as the GPU, I love the way the founder's edition looks but if the other is that much better I might go with that. Sorry for not clearing this up in my post.
 
the cooling performance of the Founders Edition design is suited for small, poor ventilated cases.
The non reference coolers with axial fans perform poorly in the above case, but really shine in good cases like yours.
What it means is that with non founders card you will have:
* lower temperature
* higher clocks/better performance
* lower noise
and it will cost you less
