Its fine but you should be looking at a skylake/kaby lake CPU & board with ddr4 ram really mate.

Haswell is outdated now & I see no point in buying it new.

Have to agree with madmatt30.
Haswell is outdated and you should probably try and use a newer line of CPUs from intel like the skylake or kabylake family.
But Ryzen can also be a potential replacement for you. I know that Ryzen is a bit overpriced in India but you will have solid support and upgrade path put in front of you.
Also this is 2017 . Get an SSD. The performance boost will be great.
