Looks good. If you already have an SSD I wouldn’t worry about a NVME M.2 drive. It will cut a few seconds off boot time that’s about it. If you really want one, Intel 660p is on sale.

I have a 240hz 1080p monitor, so im aiming for high fps 1080p

Excellent build for high FPS gaming! The 9700K coupled to a RTX 2080 Super is a great combination for max FPS especially at 1080P. The motherboard is also a great choice as it is a top end board with a great 12+1 Phase VRM and it will handle overclocking duties to the max on the 9700K.

All top end parts in the RAM, PSU and Case for great airflow...all good!

Yes you could save some money but the components are all top end and if you have the budget...why not.

Oh one point on the NVMe drive...Go with the Crucial P1 1TB NVMe instead as you get 1TB and it will be more than fast enough with 3 times the storage...
