The only differences are an r5 1600 instead of an i5 7500 and 8gb RAM instead of 16 GB. The reason why I would recommend this CPU over the i5 is because at stock speeds, they are on par with each other in gaming and the r5 is almost guaranteed to be overclockable to 3.8-3.9 Ghz on the cooler that comes with it if you ever become interested in overclocking.

Second, an 8GB additional module of RAM can be installed later on in the future when games start demanding more RAM.

Also, the B350 motherboard has two additional USB ports which you may find useful, having 6 instead of 4.

Overall, I think that this setup will last longer.
