I am 13 years old and I really need to build a new computer. My Optiplex can't withstand the test of time anymore for video editing and even simply watching videos.
I came up with a list of parts and decided to go with an AMD FX proccessor so I could spend the money elsewhere.
I plan on overclocking this CPU (If it can), but not above 4.3 GHZ. I plan on using the Dolpin Emulator and recording gameplay footage using Fraps and editing it using Sony Vegas. I also generally need to video edit, multitask, and record my screen. Give me some advice on the bulid.
