Made a build on PC Part Picker, here is the link http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/

Here is the build:
AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Patriot Viper 3 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Samsung Spinpoint F1 DT 750GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
MSI Radeon R7 265 2GB Video Card
Zalman ZM-T3 MicroATX Mini Tower Case
EVGA 500W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply
Lite-On iHDS118-04 DVD/CD Drive
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit)
TP-Link TL-WN722N 802.11b/g/n USB 2.0 Wi-Fi Adapter

The Budget is SUB £460 or $770.
I need an OS as part of the build.
Can you tell me if the parts chosen are going to work well with one another and if not can you use the link to modify the parts needing change.
Also can you give me an idea of the gaming capability of the PC.
Thank you for the replies.

Solution

The graphics card will be a huge bottleneck for the fx8320. If I were you, I'd downgrade to an fx 6xxx cpu and get an r9 280x or better instead.

I thought an fx 6*** would? bottleneck anything higher than an r9 270x

In poorly optimised games, yes but in most modern games that utilise all six cores, the f6xxx series are brilliant cpus that wouldn't bottleneck an r9 290.They also overclocks very well, so the bottleneck in some games would be reduced. You should also consider an r9 280 which is also a strong gpu.
