its the same stuff.
You cant game new-ish games on it.You can play csgo,minecraft,maybe valorant or something that doesnt require decent hardware.
Anything that has less than 4gb of vram is not worth buying in 2020 (and further),but your cpu really bottlenecks anything that has 4gb of vram so your best solution is tto go with a new build

ı'm playing csgo, pubg lite, gta 5 however my budget is enough for this
