How long Arctic Silver thermal compound held in a tube is good for?

I have almost a full tube of Arctic Silver thermal grease bought a bout 3 years ago. Wonder if it is still any good for application. Should I use it or throw it out and buy a fresh one?

As long as the solids haven't separated from the liquids, it pretty much has an infinite shelf life.

corrrect, as long as it hasn't separated and become runny it should be good to go.
