I have a gtx 560 ti... it runs games pretty good? it runs shadow of morador high settings a little over 720p about 40 frames average... it runs watch dogs(terrible port!!!) medium settings 720p about 35 frames on average... it runs skyrim ultra 1680x1050 at 60 frames constant... so how long before my gpu is obsolete??? I know its a little old but will it hold its own until the new concles after the xbone and ps4??? btw my other specs are an fx-6300 cpu, 4 gigs of ddr3 1600 MHz ram... so is my system obsolete, outdated??/ can it run latest games medium-high settings 720p 30 or more frames until next gen of concles??? if not how long? btw I measured frame rate with fraps frame rate meter(not recording)...

Let me just break out my magic ball here, friend, and I'll take a total random guess to give you your answer.

There's no way for us to tell you that.

Especially since you apparently would prefer to run at high settings with a low screen resolution, which most of us think is odd. No, your system is not outdated, and should be able to run most games at medium settings at 1080p for a while. Not the EIGHT YEARS that it will be before we see the next wave of consoles, but...

thank you, I have never really cared much for high resolution.. Also my monitor only supports up to 1680x1050... I rather have the graphics jacked up and 720p than a high resolution and lower settings...

I mean physically last... im fine using my card a little longer than the average joe would I just need to know how easily these things break and if it can physically last a few years.. and imo this was not low-mid range when it came out... it was mid-high range right now its mid range imo...

It's not just going to suddenly snap in half, if that's what you're worried about. Yes, as long as you don't overclock it, it will run for a very very very long time, and should have no problem with 720p and low settings.

This coming from a guy who was gaming on a 9800GT (four years older than your 560ti) till a year and a half ago when I upgraded. The people claiming that the card won't run games in a few years are absolutely wrong - games are designed to reach the widest audience possible (save for things like far cry, who build hype by the fact that a low end computer can't run them), and so you'll be just fine with what you've got and what you're expecting out of it.
