How long is Newegg restock usually?

I was going to order a R9 390 as a Christmas gift, but I check this morning on it and it is currently sold out (the Sapphire version, the one I want). Does anyone know long it generally takes for Newegg to restock GPUs? Every other site has it selling for like $100 more than Newegg.

It's impossible to say, that changes on a case by case basis for individual hardware. 🙁

Even if it comes back in stock soon, there's no guarantee the price won't be raised to closer match other competition.

Alright, this is really strange. Now all of the sudden it's in stock. This morning it said out of stock, then it was in stock again, then out of stock, and now in stock again. Not sure if it's a glitch in the pricing system or what, but I better pick one up now anyways before it really does get sold out, haha.

Yes that does sound odd, though with the huge amount of traffic that site gets this time of year I wouldn't be surprised if it was a glitch.
