I know it sounds a little strange maybe my question, but I would like you to help me a little. I made a gaming PC for a few months, and as the new consoles will appear, the games will look better, I would like to ask you if my 9600k and 1070 will be enough for at least 2 -3 years at 1080p. The AMD 5700 is a good comparison GPU for a PS5. We’re looking at a slightly better GPU than a 1070 but I would personally not rush out to purchase a new one. That’s me though. If you want to upgrade to let’s say a 2070, then you will be at that peak performance mark for the next 3-5 years.

I think it will take devs a while to leaverage the performance of the new consoles. See what the next gen cards are like the 3060 might be interesting
