How long should I let my mobo dry after washing with DI water?

specs: Asus Z87 Deluxe MOBO, Intel i7 4770k, Asus GTX 680 Direct CU II
So the other day i spilled less than a quarter of a beer into my computer and immediately turned it off, unplugged it and removed the CMOS battery from the mobo. Looking inside, the graphics card took the brunt of the damage, but the mobo had some spots as well. So I discharged the capacitors by hitting the power button a few times, waited 15 mins, then took the whole damn thing apart. I spot cleaned the few spots on the mobo and the majority of the graphics card with 91% Isopropyl alcohol and a soft toothbrush. I then put the GFX card into rice and let it sit.
Last night I got home and saw a few more spots of beer I missed on the GFX card as well as the MOBO and decided to deep clean them both. On both I lightly sprayed Deoxit D5 contact cleaner at the center of the beer spots, then scrubbed with distilled water and dish soap and a toothbrush, then flushed with non soapy distilled water, before finishing with a rinse in the isopropyl alcohol and a good spray with compressed air. I set the mobo upside down (resting on the HSF) and the gfx card on its side (not PCI slot side) in front of a fan on low.
This morning I looked at it and saw there was a little bit of reside dripping down from the IC's of the gfx card that could be wiped away - it seemed a little greasy which maybe means it was the contact cleaner and not beer - while the mobo has no signs of moisture anywhere.
I want to know if when i return home tonight (about 24 hours after the deep clean) if I blast the whole thing with another bottle of compressed air whether or not it will be alright to try and boot it up. I'm particularly worried about moisture under the ICs (which i can blast with the air, but can't really see). In my research i've heard wildly varying times for needing to dry electronics, from one guy who regularly puts mobos in the dishwasher, drys in an oven and compressed air, then fires them up 5 hours later to people saying you need to wait at least a week if you've completely washed it with water. Any suggestions? Im incredibly impatient.
TL;DR: Washed mobo and GFX card with distilled water and isopropyl, how long should i let it dry in front of a fan?

Some sort of gentle dry heat like from a hair dryer on low or if you have a decent convection oven, set it for 120F and let it dry for an hour. Make sure the temp in the oven is accurate. I routinely use flux remover and soap & water to clean circuit boards and let them sit in a toaster oven At 150F for 15-20 min - they of course have no temp sensitive components on them.

so you're saying 20 mins at 150F will be enough to completely dry it out? What should i take off of the board (besides the HSF and RAM)? The CPU as well? There are a lot of plastic bits on my board, but i think they might be alright

what is the temperature outside where you live? for laptops that I have cleaned with distilled water or boiling water, I normally remove all of the stickers off the board first so no water can get left under the stickers, before or after the cleaning, then I'll give it a little shake. after that I use a hair dryer for about 5 to 10 minutes on the board, and then after I take the board outside and let it air dry for outside for about a day. Just make sure you put it somewhere that no one else will see it, and you also need to make sure you do it on a very nice day.
