Yes, around the end of 2016 Intel will come out with the Kabylake processors. These will have faster on-board graphics and will be a bit faster with more instructions per second. Not really worth waiting for. Probably only 5% faster with non GPU instructions.
Intel has very fast and large caches on their processors so the RAM speed makes little difference for the most part. Just go with a 6700K now.
Probably the Cannonlake 10nm processor coming out in late 2017 will be significantly faster, but who can wait that long? AMD is coming out with the Zen next year, probably around Aug-Sept. It will be way faster than the 8350, but probably only on par with Intel then.
