That entirely depends on what game you're talking about, and what screen resolution.

The 380 is a slightly faster gpu, but the 2gb of vram might prove start being a problem for games running at 1080p and above (although if you have an older 720p screen then it's probably enough).

What kind of games do you want to play? If you're into DOTA and LOL, then no problems....?

1080p and at them oment I want to play GTA V, W3 and Rise of the Tomb Raider. Then as new gaems appear I will want to play them as well.

I'd personally wait a month. AMD just announced new rx 480 at same price as 380, and performance similar to 390x / gtx 980. That'll last way longer than either a 960 or 380.
