I built my first PC in December 2016. These are the exact parts that I have since been using:
I play only on 1080p 60Hz and intend to stay 1080p for the foreseeable future. I am running AAA titles on High - Ultra settings comfortably with 50+ fps. I have no problem with medium settings as long as I get a decent framerate. I was wondering how long would this build hold up? Its been 3 years and I am running pretty smooth up until now.
The next gen consoles are just next door and I thought a future proof check at this point won't hurt.
- Intel i5-6500
- Zotac GTX 1060 6GB
- MSI B150M PRO-VDH
- HyperX Vengeance 2133MHz DDR4 RAM (2x8 GB)
- Western Digital Blue HD (2x1 TB)
- Cooler Master 500W PSU
