My market requires you to sign a new contract. In my market (North East),
it seems they push contract extensions as hard as they can. Must be a
commission to extend a customer's "lock in".
Note, "In" doesn't play that well with the family plan for some folks.
Extra family phones only get to call each other. If you want full "In"
privileges for "family" phones, it's $10/month/line more!
