How loud is Intel stock cooler with G4560

Hi, I'm planning on swapping my FX-8350 rig for an Intel one (I don't really have money right now, but I'm getting tired of my AMD system, so I want to change it with something that has around the same value, but is easily upgradable to an i5 a bit later on), with a Pentium G4560.

When I got my FX-8350, the stock cooler was so loud I had to buy a CM Hyper 212X, and now I can't decide whether I should keep it, or sell it, too. Since overclocking is not even an option, the only reason to keep it would be loudness, so my question is: Is the Intel stock cooler louder? Does anybody have previous experiences with how these two relate in loudness?

On that g4560 you wont hear it and it will keep it cool aswell. So it basically comes to personal preference now. Though keep in mind if you want to upgrade to an i7 7700 or something like that in the future then the 212 becomes the better option.

I have this CPU and the stock cooler is pretty loud if it runs at high speed,you will have to set the fan curve up in the bios so that it will only raise rpm when the cpu reaches high temps.I have the cooler on loud-less rpms until the cpu reaches 80° since the throttling temp is at 100° ,that way it is very quiet.
