Almost certainly 64, provided it was made past about 2007

It's a question for OS, not computer itself. You can run 32bit OS on a 64bit processor and than you need 32bit drivers.

Yes, but the OS will run the most bits the computer will support.

Except for some super, mainframe computers, 64bit processors are highest it would go and so are OSs for them.
When drivers are concerned they have to be same as OS, 64 or 32bit can't be interchanged.
Except for some mobile device processors there were no 32bit processors made at least last 10 years.
