How many case fans do I need?

I am going to be building a PC soon, and I am going to use the Corsair 750d Airflow edition. I just wanted to know, how many case fans is it recommended that I get? The build will be for gaming also. Thanks!

I own the case , I have 2 Front Intake , 2 Top Exhaust , and 1 Rear Exhaust.

Hello... LOL 5 case fans for that case? What is the hardware Thermal characteristics with just the Case sides off?

It's a Full Tower 5 keeps it nice and cool and with the new front design on the Airflow edition it runs even cooler.

So 5 would be ok? I plan on having 2 or 3 HDD's, and a 980 TI.
