So , I know that hz means how many times signal has changed in second so 5hz 5 times something opened and closed in case of transistors in CPU , khz I think is 1000x is second , but how much is megahertz and gigahertz ?
Its the same as any other metric scale, Mega is 10 to the 6th, or 1 million, and giga is 10 to the 9th, or 1 billion. You can see that here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metric_prefix

The measure Hertz, Kilohertz, Megahertz, Gigahertz, and Terahertz are EMF measurement. Basically for each step its a 1000 increase. IE takes 1000Mhz to equal 1Ghz.
While its simular memory, harddrive, or SSD sizes are about the same but instead of 1000 its 1024 between each. IE 1024MB is equal to 1GB.
