How many connectors for the ssd and the hdd?

Hi, I'm almost finish with my build, but I would like to know how many connectors is neccesary for my hdd and the ssd? Because I see couple of them. Is it just one? Or more?

2 for each drive.
SATA data cable from the motherboard to the drive.
Power cable from the PSU to the drive.
