SUP, i have a Thermaltake ArmorJr. it has 3 places for fans. 2 stock 120mm; one at front(intake) and one at the back(exhaust). there is also one place for a fan on the side clear panel, 90mm. i was wondering if i should put it as an intake or exhaust. thanks :)

Don't worry about a side fan for now. First, see how hot your system and components get. In general, side vents are usually used to draw in extra cool air near hot components, such as the CPU or graphics card.

SUP, my Asus Probe says my mobo is at 27 and my cpu is at 37. i would like to cool things down a little so i wont have to worry about overheating when i overclock; but the thing is i don't know if i should put it intake or exhaust. thanx :)

Side fan is best for intake. Depends on location. It might help cool the motherboard a bit more...Maybe the GPU as well, but it depends on location.

Definetly intake, as long as you pick a silent fan (<25db) I dont see why not adding it. Remmber that your exhaust fan, the rear one, should always be the most powerful one.

The side fan vents are designed for stock coolers or aftermarket coolers that are the same style. These coolers take the air and blow it down onto the HS. So the side vents are best as intakes to blow cool air onto the HS. Most cases have a duct attached to that vent so the cooler itself can pull the cool air from the outside.

Know of a way to seal the air duct to the CPU fan?

I would remove the duct and if you want to vent sealed just use packing tape over it from the inside.

No, I mean make the air duct air tight to the CPU fan, so that it doesn't interfere with other fans, or other airflow
