I have a super budget build and my case comes with 2 pre-installed fans (120mm at front and 80mm rear) and has room for no more. I am planning on upgrading my cpu to an i7 7700k. What power supply would I need and would it be worth it to have to save the extra money to get a new Micro-ATX case because my current one can't have anymore fans.

The specs I have rn:

Intel Pentium G4560

Gigabyte GTX 1050 2GB OC

8GB RAM

1TB HDD

DIYPC MA01-G Micro ATX Case

EVGA 400W Power Supply

The case fans are fine, it's the CPU cooler I'm talking about. Your current case supports up to 147mm CPU cooler so your going to need a low profile aftermarket cooler but even good ones such as the Noctua NH-L9i aren't recommended for that CPU (per Noctua).
It may work just fine the way it is.
After you install the cpu, install new paste and the cooler and then download and run Afterburner and run some games and look at the temps.
I think this is the best way to know how much cooling you may or may not need.
I think the PSU you have will probably work fine.

I am assuming when I OC tho temps go super high as of what I have heard so should I not OC because I would like to stream

If I buy a new fan I would have to buy a whole new case. So 2 fans isnt enough right? and what fan do you suggest?

The cpu cooler and the case fans are two different things.....just so we're straight on that.
I think if you don't OC you MAY be able to get away with the stock cooler.
I think that if you OC....I don't think you will be able to.
Either way...the two case fans MAY be enough.
I think you will have to try it and monitor the temps as I said.
