how many fps can i get while playing csgo with this pc build?

Hi, i am currently thinking of building my own gaming pc and i was wondering how many fps can i get in csgo with this build!

I also have a 144Hz Monitor and 1ms response

Really 7 is over selling the 970. I would SLI 1080's then maybe 8.5fps at best.
