How many FPS will I get on Fortnite with Custom settings?

I have a Ryzen 7 1700, Radeon RX 560, 8GB DDR4 RAM, MSI B350 Tomahawk MOBO.

I would be running the settings:
Resolution- 1080p
3D Resolution- 100%
Textures- High
View distance- high
Shadows- Off
Anti Aliasing - Off
Effects- Medium
Post Processing- Low

I know this may be a lot of work but and if someone actually does It I will be eternally grateful, thanks!

I don't currently have the parts with me, They are in the mail and being the excitable 14 year old computer geek I am I can't wait

Yeah, I think your best bet is going to wait and find out. Its unlikely for someone to have the same exact parts and setup, so youll be getting an incorrect estimate most likely.
It should be playable for sure with those settings.
