How many frames can i get?

I want to know at how many fps can i run wot at max settings and eu4 at max settings.
My pc:
cpu: I3 2120
gpu (soon to come in): gtx 750 1b
ram: 8gb
OS: windows 7 64bit
Also skyrim at best optimal settings

It depends on your screen, if you have 60Hz you can only run 60fps. If you run over 60fps you won't see the difference unless you have a 120Hz screen.

yes 60hz so it wont matter anyways i know but i still dont want to dip into the 20's or even 30's for that fact so i will buy a monitor can you reference me one that is really good and the best bang for your buck that has 120hz i will keep it in mind once i get more money

Hz=how many times the screen updates per seconds.
FPS=how many times the game/program updates per second.

I know what the terms mean but at how many frames per second can i run those games i mentioned with my future setup in like four days? also thanks for trying to explain the terms to me!

That pc with skyrim set to max settings....maybe 25-30fps. On medium settings, probably around 40-50fps. Just an estimate though.
