My CPU heats up to 48 degree and gpu heats up to 54 degree after I play games
How many hours can I continuously use it without damaging it in the Long run
CPU IS AMDFX6300
GPU IS SAPPHIRE R7 260X

Those temps arent too bad. GPU's can run much hotter than CPU's. If you don't have a watercooler, get one for your CPU, it will drop it down by 5-10 degrees.

Those are safe temperatures. I don't know how many hours specifically because the lifetime of components is not restricted to only usage, but they are safe temperatures for the CPU and the graphics card.
