How many L/H?

Im looking at getting a maxijet pumb, mainly cos they r cheap and seem to be resonable. However I have read that too fast a flow rate is bad for cooling. The range of pumbs are 400, 620, 920 and 1100 L/H. My system will consist of CPU and GPU block, reservoir and possibly large home made radiator. Any help picking the right pumb would be handy..cheers

Depends what the head pressure of those pumps are. Post if you know
