They have none. AMD has not yet integrated a PCIe controller into the CPU package. All of the PCIe lanes on AMD's FX-series microprocessors originate from the chipset.

Since AMD FX processors still rely on the Northbrigdge and Southbridge on the motherboard for communication, the better question would be to determine which North- and Southbridge you're asking about.
