how many pins need to be bent in a processor in order for it to stop working?

Hi there guys i have a new processor and my motherboard is playing up and i have noticed that i have a few processor pins bent when i took it out. Now i as wondering how many pins actually need to be bent before the processor stops working completely?

Depends on which are bent; some are redundant but some are essential.

If they are bent to the point where they can connect with other pins and potentially cause a short just 1.
