Hi folks,

I have a 6 pin PSU cable with 3 SATA females on it ... but ... I need 4 females.

MY QUESTION: Can I plug an extension into one of the existing females, that splits into 2 new females ( ie. the extension cable is 1 male to 2 female ).

This would give me the 4 devices I need off the original cable, and I feel like this is safe to do, but you know the old expression about never assuming ... especially with electricity, and I don't want to try and pull too much through my cable if it is only rated for 3 devices. I don't think they are rated like that, but perhaps wiser people can advise.

The PSU is a EVGA Supernova 750 G2.

Thanks if anyone can answer -
