How many signal bolts?

Surely there are eight, with which to make at least seven (but I'm well 'ard
so I do ALL EIGHT!) Guiding Beacons in the last level?

I've only found three. Where the bejasus are the other five?

Safe to assume you are talking about T2. Check the maps, they tell you
were all 8 of them are.

Which maps? There's a map that tells me where the beacons themselves are,
but I need to make the Stage1 pieces first and for that I need Signal
Bolts...

There is large, roughly round shaped room with some
small locked doors. Plans to make some things are in
the spaces behind the locked doors. Think it was called
"plans room". Pick locks, take the scrolls, leave a door
open, mantle up to the ledge, find the switch in a window
to the left of the room, fob it, and a secret door will open
in the fl----oops, I've already told you too much.

Thanks, but I've done all that.

I think however, I only need to make the one Guiding Device so I really only
need the one Signal Bolt...
