How many splitters would I need?

I have just ordered parts for my new pc I am building, and I am just wondering would 4 splitters be enough for 6 fans?

That sounds about right. If the splitters go from 1 to 2, and you have three of them, that makes 6 fans. Just make sure to have 3 fan headers on your motherboard

Without knowing what motherboard you ordered that'd be kind of hard to tell how many you need. Motherboards typically have varying number of fan headers. 4 splitter for 6 fans seems like you'll have 1 splitter left over, maybe 2 if one of those fans is for your CPU.

Only thing is being sure all the fan cables reach it, I had to use an extension on one or two fans.

That mobo has 4 fan headers, so you would only need 2 splitters to run 6 fans.
