[SOLVED] How many times can you factory reset a MBP

Hey, I have a late 2011 MBP and it is getting ridiculously slow. The start up time used to be less ~10 seconds and now it has gone to over 30 seconds. It has loads of old drivers and softwares and files that I haven't used in a very long time, so I want to factory reset it.

However, I think I read somewhere that there is specific number of times that you can reset the MPB, and I am going to sell it soon, so I will need to reset it then too. So how many times can you reset a MBP?

I am planning to reset the laptop using this method.
