7970 did real good pcie 2.0 x4 few fps diffrent then the rest noting big to hurt the gaming so 270x 2.0 x4 will actually will give 75 80 % better performance tell me if im wrong plz or even having 50% more gpu power still a good upgrade ?

sorry if i didnt keep it clear im trying to say how many % of gpu usage will the x4 lane will give the 2th 270x when gaming lets same im getting 60 fps with the first gpu the 2th card how much will it improve with the game play fps ?

crossfire scaling would be somewhere between +50% and +90%, the 4x slot might give you 90% of capacity of that card. so I'd suggest perhaps 40% extra as the PCI-E interface is used for the crossfire data. It would be better to sell current card and put the money together to buy better one. 280X for instance, no crossfire issues, no extra heat, less power, less noise , fewer driver issues.

i'd say 40% extra from the second card. it's an estimate, it varies game to game.
