How many wats does P4 Dual core 9xx take?? Stock??? or OC

I have a P4 Dual core 960 I cant find how many wats it takes,

currenlty in Bios its set to 1.45 is this too much or too little?

What do people use when they start to OC?

You'd be reffering to Volts not watts there buddy, if the CPU voltage is at 1.45v by defualt then more likely than not thats the stock voltage, Traditional way of overclocking is to push the cpu as far as you can without changing the voltage and then only raising it when you can't go further without it.
