I have looked on the Outervision PSU calculator, but I want to get a second opinion. What psu should I get to power the following system:

i5 6600 (non k)
Msi H170 Gaming M3
2x8gb 2400mhz corsair vengeance
1tb WD 7200rpm
GPU: RX480 4gb or 8gb or Gtx 1060

Along with a gaming keyboard, mouse, 24 inch 1080p monitor, microphone and headphones (if that would make a difference)

All help appreciated

Solution
around 400-450W is enough when it's a quality unit

I suggest XFX Pro / Core / TS with 450W
Seasonic G or SSP-450RT
Corsair CXM450W (not the 400 or 430)

650W for a non overclockable CPU and a modern midrange card is madness

the i5 is 65W
an RX480 8GB is 150W (a 1060 less)
let's add generously 50W to the board
and 10W per HDD + 10W for peripherals
you won't be hitting 300W realistically

the RMx & G2 are superb units though

Okay, I was just saying he could if he wanted to re-use it or something. I said 550W would be more than enough anyway.

A good quality 400W or greater would be fine.

No harm in going higher for future upgrades, SLI/CrossFire etc - but an H170 board allow that.
As a FYI, 2400MHz RAM is a bit of a waste of the H or B chipsets - as they can only utilize 2133MHz. Better off (and cheaper) just buying 2133MHz.
