How many watts do I need?

Hi guys, I'm a bit of a noob to computer building and need some help finding out how many watts I need for this build:

Motherboard: Asus M5A78L-M/USB3

CPU: AMD Piledriver FX-8 8350 Black Edition 4GHz

RAM: Corsair Memory Dominator Platinum 16GB DDR3 1866 MHz

SSD1: Samsung EVO 840 120gb

SSD2: Samsung EVO 840 120gb

HDD: Hitachi Deskstar 7K4000 4TB

Graphics card: HIS HD 7970 IceQ X² 3072MB GDDR5 PCI-Express

Sound card: Asus Xonar Essence ST

Network card: Asus PCE – AC66

Optical: LG BH16NS40

Cooler: Noctua NH-L12


I plan on using the build mostly for gaming and will experiment a bit with overclocking,

What wattage PSU would you recommend?

If you're going to be experimenting in overclocking, you're going to want a 970 or 990 board, the 780 doesn't have nearly the quality of parts to do overclocking, and the 8350 will already be stressing it.

But a good 550w+ PSU would be fine. Antec's HCG 620w semi-modular PSU is only like $60 right now, and is a great quality PSU.
