Hi , I'm looking for some new parts for my PC and I'm not sure if my old PSU can handle all the pressure. Specs:
Intel i5 4440
MSI GTX 750 OC
8 GB RAM DDR3 (2 sticks)
Power Supply:EVGA 430W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply ($26.13 @ Newegg) Total: $26.13 (Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.) (Generated by PCPartPicker 2014-05-06 15:22 EDT-0400)
Presuming you don't have any other power hungry components you haven't mentioned, I'd be happy running that off a descent 400W PSU. Just keep in mind that your old PSU (you don't mention the wattage) will likely have deteriorated over time, and shouldn't be relied upon to output it's rated wattage now.
You could run it off a lot less that 400W (300W is the minimum nVidia recommends), but I personally like to keep a little more wiggle room.

Sorry for not mentioning the wattage. It's a 450 watt power supply . I only have the video card right now and I'm planning to buy the other components soon. I've had this computer long before I knew anything about PC's and I'm not very good with PSU's anyway... it's a Delux ATX(at least that's what's written on it ).
