Hello I was wondering how many Watts my psu needs for this build:

GPU - gtx 1080 ti
CPU - Intel Core i7-8700k 3.7 Ghz
RAM - 16GB DDR4 (2x8) 2400MHz
SSD - Samsung 860 evo 500GB
HDD - SanDisk 2TB
Casefans - Corsair LL series LL120RGB (x4)

Solution
jim.sikberg G2. I'd steer clear of the G3. The newer model has 1/2 inch shorter depth, and it seems that EVGA (super flower) had to program an aggressive fan curve on the PSU fan. If you look at the customer reviews, several people complain about the noise.

EVGA SuperNova G2 or the Seasonic Focus Plus Gold, both 650W variants will do fine. G3 has mixed reviews, its better to go with an older model that is trusted rather than going for a newer one which hasn't been proven and possibly having issues.
