How many watts does this build need?

Yeah so I'm fully upgrading my PC soon and I'm really curious and confused at the same time if I have to upgrade my PSU. My current one is 550W (don't really remember what brand). I've been gaming with this current build for a long long time.. since 2009 I think (except the GPU, I've upgraded that part some months ago - had a nVidia GeForce 9500GT 1GB before.) I'm playing intensive games like Watch Dogs, BF4, Shadow of Mordor and I'm noticing with the time passing that this build is getting old for these games and I said I want an answer (or even a link) to a PSU with enough watts to support my new build. Also, if there's any compatibility issues, please tell me, this is my first time building a PC on my own. 😀

Current PC Build:

Motherboard: Gigabyte P31-ES3G
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 @ 2,66GHz
GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD R7 240 with Boost 1GB GDDR3
RAM: 4GB DDR2 @ 400MHz
(I don't know more about my current PC build since I didn't build it with the only exception of the GPU.)

New PC Build:

Motherboard: Gigabyte F2A78M-DS2
CPU: AMD A10 7700K
CPU Cooler: Cryorig H5 Universal
GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD R7 240 with Boost 1GB GDDR3 (The same, I'm not changing it yet.)
RAM: G.Skill ARES F3-1600C9D-8GAB

[EDIT] : My PC case has around 8 fans.

Hello... every electrical device will have a Voltage and Current rating on it... start makng your spread sheet of data for each part... then it's simple math after that.
If you have trouble with a part, there are online information I can help you find.
Your Power Supply has a label on it, it will state the current rating for each Voltage... Compare your Totals.
The power of knowing is in your hands here... cause I cant read the labels from where i'm sitting.

As long as it's a decent 550w , you have more than enough power for your specs.
