Rough guess.. about 250W. I'd get a good quality 450W unit as a MINIMUM. 550W would be more ideal. From Tier 3 or higher on this list (there are a couple exceptions here and there) https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/631048-psu-tier-list-updated/

*I see why they are overestimating the wattage. Because the RX 570 Nitro+ is rated at 225W. But, that is the maximum and you will never see that much power usage from it unless you overclocked and over-volted to the absolute maximum. Typical power usage from it is 150W. Also, the CPU is rated at 84W, but typical power usage is around 55W. I've owned both the i5-4690K and RX 570 Nitro+.

**Second thought; maybe 300W with all your parts.

I put the parts it says it would consume about 390 watts.I have everything connected on a coolermaster 500w psu and i didnt experience any problems i even played some demanding games and it runs smooth.Would the system surpass the 350w mark during gaming?
