How many watts for PSU

My specs are :
CPU: AMD FX-9370
GPU:Sapphire AMD Radeon R9 290X 4GB
Motherboard:MSI 970GAMING
Cooler:CM Hyper 212 Evo
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB

How many watts for these specs 600W, 700W or 800W

A good brand quality 600w 80 + bronze or better should be enough

Go with a 650W such as XFX 650W or EVGA GS 650W.
The coolermaster 212 EVO is insufficient in cooling a FX 9370, you need a beefy cpu cooler or a high end AIO water cpu cooler. Plus i don't recommend the FX 9370, getting a FX 8350 and overclocking it would be cheaper and be the same performance.

The 970 gaming doesn't support the fx 9xxx series. There was a video where the vrms caught fire trying to run one.
