Hey! So I have been adding up parts for my shopping cart and I'd like to know what kind of a power supply I would need in terms of watts.
Specs:

RAM: G.Skill Trident Z RGB DDR4 3200 Mhz 16 GB
GPU: RTX 2070 SUPER
CPU: Intel Core i5-9400F
Storage: 2x SSD's (1 x 500GB Samsung, 1 x 1TB Samsung)
CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
2 Case fans (120 mm)
Motherboard: MSI B360 GAMING PLUS Intel B360 LGA1151

Is 620W enough? I have been currently been looking at the Seasonic S12II-620 power supply but I ain't no expert in this regard.
A little help would be appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Two major components to calculate when choosing a PSU is CPU and GPU. Intel i5-9400F has a TDP of 65w and the 2070 Super has a max wattage of 230w, but EVGA recommends you get at least a 650w PSU. The S12-II-620 is a decent PSU, but for the RTX 2070 SUPER, I would get something with a bit more quality.

Recommended 650w PSU's for your build

Seasonic:
  • Prime Gold
  • Focus Plus Gold
  • Focus Plus 650 Platinum
Corsair:
  • TX-M
  • RMx
  • RM
EVGA:
  • SuperNOVA G2
  • SuperNOVA G3
  • SuperNOVA P2
You spent some money on your system, so why not spend it on a quality PSU? The S12II-620 isn't bad, but you're better off with something more robust.
